Declarations of Performance
One Declaration of Performance for each density grade on the CE certificate, drawn up by the manufacturer under EN 13162. The stamped declarations are public, the others are issued on request.
What a DoP is
A Declaration of Performance is the document Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 asks for when a construction product covered by a harmonised standard is placed on the market. Under Article 4 the manufacturer draws it up and, by doing so, takes responsibility for the performance it declares. Under Article 7 a copy goes with the product, on paper or by electronic means.
Each DoP here is drawn up in the name of Taishi Energy Conservation (Qingdao) Co., Ltd., the holder of the CE certificate, and carries the manufacturer's stamp. The notified body, Intertek NB 2649, does not sign the DoP: it issued the certificate of constancy of performance 2649-CPR-26000401, on which the declared reaction to fire rests. Stenvak supplies the declarations and signs none of them.
Each DoP covers one density grade and the thickness window the certificate gives for it. It declares reaction to fire, class A1 under EN 13501-1:2018, and NPD, no performance determined, for every other characteristic of EN 13162, because a DoP declares no more than the certificate backs. Measured values from the test reports appear in the informative annex of the DoP and in the Technical Data Annex, never in the declared table.
DoP ledger
One row for each grade on the CE certificate. A public DoP opens as a PDF; any other is issued on request.
- Each DoP is valid while the CE certificate it rests on is valid.
- No DoP for 150, 200, and 220 kg/m³: these grades are not on the CE certificate.

The declared values page sets each characteristic in the declared table against what the test reports measured, and names the route to a declared value.

The Technical Data Annex is Stenvak's compilation of the measured values in the test reports, each line with its report number. It covers every grade, carries no stamp and is not part of any DoP.
Private label
Article 15 of the Regulation treats a distributor that places a product on the market under its own name or trademark as the manufacturer, with the manufacturer's obligations, so each DoP is issued in the name of Taishi Energy Conservation (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. as the manufacturer.
Validity
A DoP is valid while the CE certificate it rests on is valid. When the certificate is renewed, each DoP is issued again under the new certificate number.
