Form submissions collect: full name, company, country, work email, phone (optional), product interest, and project details. When you submit a form, we also automatically record technical metadata, including your IP address, approximate location, and network provider, to prevent spam and qualify business inquiries. We use cookieless, aggregate analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand site usage. If you arrive through an advertisement (for example in ChatGPT), we also record the ad-click reference appended to the landing URL, so we can measure which ads lead to genuine inquiries.

We use form information only to reply to your inquiry within 24 business hours, prepare quotations and sample shipments, arrange logistics, and follow up on active orders. Analytics data improves site performance and content relevance.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Form submissions are handled on our own infrastructure (Cloudflare) and stored in Lark (Feishu); transactional confirmation emails are sent via Resend. We share information with Shandong Taishi Group only when production or shipping confirmation requires it, never for marketing. When an inquiry originates from an advertisement, we report that conversion to the advertising platform (OpenAI Ads) using a hashed, non-reversible form of your email address — for measuring ad effectiveness only, never to build marketing lists.

We do not set analytics cookies. Traffic measurement uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless beacon that collects only aggregate, anonymized page-view data, plus a first-party event counter running on our own infrastructure that stores no personal identifiers. Two kinds of functional first-party cookies may appear: essential ones set by the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam check on our forms, and — only when you arrive from an advertisement — an ad-click reference cookie used solely to attribute conversions to the ad you clicked. We do not use third-party retargeting or behavioural advertising networks. You may block cookies in your browser; the site remains functional.

Form submissions are received through Cloudflare and stored in Lark (Feishu); confirmation emails are sent via Resend (United States); aggregate analytics are processed by Cloudflare; ad-conversion measurement, where applicable, is processed by OpenAI (United States). If you submit information from the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, your data is transferred under the service providers' standard contractual clauses.

When you submit an inquiry form on our site, your email address (and phone number, if provided) is hashed locally in your browser using one-way SHA-256 and sent to Google as part of Enhanced Conversions for Leads. Google uses this hashed data only to match against signed-in Google accounts that previously engaged with our advertising, so we can measure which ads led to inquiries. Google cannot recover the original email or phone number from the hash. We may also upload hashed inquiry email addresses to Google Customer Match to build similar audiences for future campaigns. All processing is governed by the Google Ads Customer Data Terms (policies.google.com) and, for European Economic Area / United Kingdom visitors, the Google EU User Consent Policy. To opt out, do not submit forms, or contact [email protected] to request deletion of any hashed identifiers already shared.
