When you submit a form, we also automatically record technical metadata, including your IP address, approximate location, and network provider, to prevent spam and qualify business inquiries. We use cookieless, aggregate analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand site usage; no advertising cookies are set.

We use form information only to reply to your inquiry within 24 business hours, prepare quotations and sample shipments, arrange logistics, and follow up on active orders. Analytics data improves site performance and content relevance.

Form submissions are received through Cloudflare and stored in Lark (Feishu); confirmation emails are sent via Resend (United States); aggregate analytics are processed by Cloudflare. If you submit information from the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, your data is transferred under the service providers' standard contractual clauses.
