Stenvak is the authorized international distributor of Taishi® Rock Wool, the flagship brand of Shandong Taishi Group. We operate the international export channel including multilingual sales support, FOB Qingdao logistics, export documentation, and after-sales coordination.

This site is for B2B information and quotation purposes. You may browse, download datasheets, and submit inquiries. You may not scrape content at scale, copy product specifications onto another commercial site, or use the site to send unsolicited marketing.

Taishi® is a registered trademark of Shandong Taishi Group. The Stenvak name and logo are trademarks of the website operator. All website content (text, images, datasheets, certificates) is copyrighted and may not be republished without written permission.

Product specifications and pricing on this site are general guidance and do not constitute a binding offer. Actual quotation, lead time, and contractual terms are confirmed in writing in the sales agreement (proforma invoice or sales contract). Specifications may be updated by the manufacturer; we confirm current specs at the time of quotation.
價格、訂單與付款
Default trade term is FOB Qingdao Port. Other terms (CIF, CFR, DAP) are available on request. Standard payment is 30% T/T deposit before production, 70% T/T balance against B/L copy, or LC at sight by negotiation. Lead time is 15-30 working days from deposit confirmation, subject to seasonal demand and force majeure.

Stenvak is not liable for delays caused by force majeure (war, weather, strike, port closure, pandemic, government action). Our liability for any single transaction is limited to the value of that transaction. We make no warranty of fitness for a specific application beyond the manufacturer's published specifications.
賠償
You agree to indemnify Stenvak against claims arising from your misuse of products contrary to manufacturer specifications, your installation errors, or your breach of these terms.
管轄法律與爭議
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 60 days, disputes shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Beijing. Arbitration may be conducted in English upon request.
